The aim of the project is to create a community of designers and creators who preserve folk art traditions, carry on national costumes, and make clothes, shoes and accessories that meet and meet today’s expectations on both the Hungarian and Slovak sides. During the project, the artists and creators involved can get to know each other, each other’s works, offerings, techniques and experiences within the framework of a joint online professional program. Within the framework of the project, we will create a stage production, which will be suitable for expressing the spirit of the movement, for its further promotion, and for presenting the renewed Hungarian and Slovak dress culture in a demanding way at Slovak and Hungarian events. A major film is being made here, which will also be shown to the general public. We will take the stage production to an event on the Slovak side, where the creators can present their products within the framework of an exhibition. A permanent exhibition space will be set up in Eger and a temporary exhibition space in Betlér with the products of the artists participating in the project, in order to start a kind of consciousness formation as widely as possible. The project would produce a brochure reflecting the spirit of the movement, from which the creators could get to know.
